Repair and Testing
We inspect the liquid metal contact, complete the required work and test the console.
Return Delivery
Your console is returned using the delivery service selected at checkout.
Please send the console only. Controllers, stands and cables are not required unless we ask for them. You arrange and pay for postage to us; return delivery is selected and charged at checkout.
Repair Turnaround and Warranty
Estimated workshop turnaround: 1 working day from arrival. Delivery time is separate. Additional faults or further investigation may extend the estimate.
The liquid metal repair includes a 3-month warranty covering the work completed. New damage and unrelated faults are not covered by this repair warranty.

Will this fix every PS5 shutdown fault?
No. This service addresses liquid metal contact problems. Shutdowns caused by a faulty fan, power supply or motherboard may require different repair work.
Is this a PS5 cleaning service?
No. This booking covers liquid metal inspection, correction or reapplication and testing. General internal, fan and heatsink cleaning are excluded.
Do you replace or redistribute the liquid metal?
We inspect its condition and coverage first, then correct, redistribute or reapply it as required to restore thermal contact.
Can I post my PS5 from elsewhere in the UK?
Yes. Our mail-in service is available throughout the UK. Select your return delivery option when booking and follow the packing guide before sending your console.
