CNLS Electronics Warranty
Most repairs carried out by CNLS Electronics include a 3-month warranty covering the specific repair completed. This page explains what is covered, what is not covered, and what to do if you have an issue after repair.
What Our Repair Warranty Means
The warranty is designed to cover faults directly related to the repair we carried out. It does not cover new damage, unrelated faults, misuse, liquid damage, or issues caused by another repair attempt.
Repair Work Covered
The warranty covers the specific repair carried out by CNLS Electronics, such as a replaced port, screen, battery, connector or component.
3-Month Period
Most eligible repairs are covered for 3 months from the date the repaired device is returned or collected.
Inspection Required
If a fault is reported, the device may need to be inspected to confirm whether the issue is related to the original repair.
Mail-In Repairs
Mail-in customers can contact us for warranty advice. Devices may need to be posted back for inspection.
Liquid Damage Exclusions
Liquid damage repairs and devices with liquid damage can be unpredictable and may have limited or no warranty depending on the repair.
New Damage Not Covered
New drops, impact damage, cracked screens, bent ports, broken connectors or further liquid exposure are not covered by repair warranty.

Please Contact Us Before Taking the Device Elsewhere
If another person or repair shop opens, modifies or attempts to repair the device after our repair, the warranty may become void. Please contact us first if you believe there is a problem with the original repair.
Important Warranty Notes
Warranty decisions are made after inspection. If the device shows signs of new damage, liquid exposure, tampering, unrelated failure or a fault not connected to the original repair, the issue may not be covered. We will always explain our findings clearly before any further chargeable work is carried out.

How long is the repair warranty?

Does the warranty cover the whole device?
No. The warranty covers the specific repair carried out by CNLS Repair. It does not cover unrelated faults or future damage to other parts of the device.

New damage after repair is not covered. This includes drops, cracked screens, bent ports, pressure damage, liquid exposure or damage caused by misuse.
Can I open the device or take it elsewhere?

Do I pay postage for warranty returns?
For mail-in repairs, postage arrangements may depend on the situation and whether the issue is confirmed as warranty-related. Please contact us before sending a device back.
