Nintendo Switch Joy-Con Rail Replacement Service
This repair service is for the standard Nintendo Switch with damaged, loose or faulty Joy-Con rails. The Joy-Con rails are the side connectors that allow the Joy-Con controllers to slide onto the console and connect correctly.
If your Joy-Con controllers do not lock in place, slide off too easily, disconnect while attached, or are not recognised by the console, one or both Joy-Con rails may need replacing.

Mail-in Nintendo Switch Joy-Con rail repair
After purchasing this repair, you will receive the address to send your console to. Once your Nintendo Switch arrives, we will complete the repair and return it using the delivery option selected at checkout.
Please note
This service covers the Nintendo Switch console-side Joy-Con rail replacement. This does not repair faults inside the Joy-Con controller itself. If your Joy-Con has stick drift, button faults, battery issues or internal Joy-Con damage, a separate Joy-Con repair may be required.
